This was born through the colour of an unusable photograph and the raw, felt emotion of the pain of a friend. The artist worked through her feelings until the work was complete. Years later, the same friend who produced the feelings which the artist was inspired to work with, experienced emotional healing, comfort, encouragement, and inspiration when gazing at this image.
